Landlord/Tenant Problems
My tenat sign a 1 year agreement on Dec 2006. She didnt have enough for the deposit so we agreed she would pay me in two months. She paid her first month's rent. But didn't pay me for January, Febraury and Mar. 1-4. What can I do?

You must evict her via legal proceedings. If you have not done so before you would be wise to hire legal counsel.
