Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Hi my name is Lex. I am eighteen years old and just recieved my license on the 22nd of March this year. I was involved in a car accident on April 11th, I freaked out had no idea what to do. So I simply gave the other woman involved my insurance information, without asking for hers because I only had a light scratch. She said she simply wanted her door painted so I wasn't too worried. This was until last week when I recieved a notice from my insurance company as well as her accident attorney. She is claiming that she and her two daughters who were in the car at the time of the accident were injured as a result of the accident. My concern is that when we exchanged info she was totally fine and so were her passengers and I don't think I was at fault in the accident on top of that the police were never called. So do I owe her money? and Will I be sued? I can't afford this im a college student plzzz help!!!

You might be sued but you have insurance for that. One part of the insurance policy is that they will give you an attorney for free. Most of the time, the plainitff's attorney will not go after you personally if the insurance is enough to take care of them.

As to fault, let your attorney handle that.
