joint tenancy in nevada

My boyfriend and I purchased a property in nevada a year ago and it is in joint-tenancy. We are both on the mortgage, however, I have not been contributing to the mortgage having had very little income last year. My boyfriend put the downpayment and has paid the mortgage during this time. Should we disolve our relationship and sell the property do I still have a right to half of the sale proceeds?

Not unless you have it in writing. He would be entitled to more based upon his contribution.
