Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

need lawyer to sue the buyer of my home

I was wondering if I have any kind of case from when I sold my home. The details in short are I sold my house but after the sale the bank still says I owe them the money for the house because the buyer did not assume the mortgage & put my credit into forclosure 3 times in 12 months/The deal between the buyer & myself was he was to assume the mortgage & it took him over 1 year to do so.The bottom line is he ruined my credit & I want to sue him for his dishonesty.Do you think I have some sort of recourse ? Please e-mail me with any kind of an answer I would greatly appreciate it.THANK YOU !!!!!!!!

Why does the bank still say that you owe them money if he is paying the mortgage. Did he refinance or did he just start paying the mortgage. You have a case for breach of contract and your damages relate to the reduction of your credit score.

Because he seems flaky, I would not take your case on a contingency and would require a $3,000 retainer.
