Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I want to purchase a house with inherated money as sole property. The title co. wants my spouse to sign a quitclaim deed. By signing the deed does this comingle the property in any way? Is he required to sign the quitclaim deed?

Quite the opposite. This is taking it out of any claim of community property. You should also make sure that you do the homestead so that you don't accidently transmute the property to community property. If you need any help, you may email me for an appointment.
