Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Timeshare Ownership

My husband was awarded the timeshare in his divorce from his ex-wife, he wants to sell it but the timeshare company won't take her name off of the title without her signature. We can not locate her. If we have the court order showing it was awarded to him, why are we required to have her sign a release?

Re: Timeshare Ownership

It depends on what Court Order says. May need to go into Court to get a further Court Order.
