Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Tree overhang

Our Tree branches protudes over the fence in neighbors yard by feet. What is the law . They want me to cut off branches which will make tree look bad . They say the leaves are falling in their yard,. cutting the branches will not stop leaves from falling in their yard.

Since I am not licensed in Nevada I can only speak in common law terms. The general rule is that when a tree or other protrusion is thrust upon your property which causes deminished enjoyment of the land then you can remedy the situation. In your case, this can include cutting of branches and limbs.
