Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

giving a car to a relative

I financed a car only in my name, but my cousin and I share the vehicle. If I suddenly die, how can I make sure he gets to keep the car, and just continue to make payments, since his name is not on any of the documents?? Make a will? or something else
