Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

How do I get an inventory and force a sale of valuables that belonged to my late mother but are in my sister's possession? My mother died intestate 11 years ago. My stepfather sold their home and paid all outstanding debts. My older sister was allowed to take possession of my mother's purfume bottle collection and other antiques for display purposes only and she was suppose to place a diamond bracelet in a safe at her bank. These items were not suppose to be sold except under dire circumstances such as if she were going to lose her house, or if I lost my husband and became destitute, and then all heirs would get their fair share of the proceeds. My husband passed away last year and I am destitute an on the verge of being homeless and my sister has no intentions of keeping her word. What can I do? Thank-you.

11 years ago. You waited too long to do anything and no attorney would take the case. You don't have money and who knows whether your sister has any of the stuff anymore.
