Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

probate and estate issues

My brother died 2006. There are three children. The childrens has not file any thing in the courts of my knowing. I've learn that some of the property has been reprosessed, and the bank has a mortage loan pending to hear from the court, or someone showing that one is the executive of the probate. The childrens has receive monies from the life insurance of the vetrens department, and thats all they have done. My question is as a sister of the decese brother what if any do I have the right to involved myself in the probate. There are other monies in his account at the bank, and other property that is at the time may be in default. Taxes need to paid. So if there is any thing that I can do I would like to get a response as soon as possiable. THere may be a will and there may not be, I just don't know.

Thanks

Mary

Re: probate and estate issues

If there was will, you might entitled to something if you are specifically mentioned in the will. If there was no will, the children inherit everything.
