about small business contract

byer brought convience store for $130,000 incl inventory on 10/26/2008. as of today lease and lquir n tobacco lience under saler's name n electric,phone and lottery under buyers name . now saler asking for $268000 incl inventory otherwise he not going to transfer lease n lience to buyer . so wt buyer can do now ?as of today buyer didnt sign any paperworks and buyer had small proff about he pay him $130000.

well, you do have a problem that you are presently in possession of a location without any clear right to be (ie, lease in seller's name). not sure if the lease is even assignable.

sounds like you have a lawsuit on your hands, and the question is what evidence do you have to prove the existence and details of the original transaction?

Thoroughly ugly situation, but you already know that. You should bring all of the documents (including any correspondence) to an attorney for an evaluation of your rights and remedies. It is impossible to give more advice without the facts.
