Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Hampshire

auto repossessions

I work for a small dealership in new hampshire & my question is if a customer defaults on a loan & we have it sent out for repossession & the customer hides the vehicle or does something else to obstruct us from getting the vehicle is there any legal route we can go to get the vehicle back besides civil court

You cannot engage in any conduct that is criminal or disturbs the peace. If the car cannot be peacefully repossessed, then your "legal route" is civil court... that's why we have it.
