Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

Criminal threating
I recently found out I have a warrant in the state of NH for criminal threating, careless operation, on the careless operation I wasn't pulled over by any police officer it was solely based of of what another person told them, as far as the criminal treating they were following me in a car behind me for about an hour and finally bumped their front bumber of their vechile to my rear bumber. The next morning I tried to file a report but just recently found out that report never made it past the policeman I was talking to
