You may only have one license at a time. If it has been suspended or revoked, you can't drive in NH. However, if you have a NH license and got the DUI in MA, then MA can only suspend your driving rights in that state. You can continue to drive in NH until the NH DMV takes away your privileges (which they will do since MA notifies them of the legal action.)
