Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

DWI witha CDL in NH

I have a CDL and I got arrsted for DWI while operating my personal vehicle. Is the limit still .08 for me since I was not operating a commercial vehicle? And If I loose my license for 90 days will I still loose my CDL for 1 year or will that mirror the 30 days?

Yes, the limit for a regular license is .08. However, .08 is not the only way to be convicted of the offense. Yes, you CDL is at risk since there is a separate set of regulations dealing with suspension of that particular license. And, the loss of driving privileges is for more than 90 days under the new DUI statutes. You definitely should consult with an attorney. Conviction may have a significant impact on your ability to earn a living.
