Can I get my NH licence back

Can I get my licence back in New Hampshire if Colorado suspended it I recieved a 90 suspention plus fines that I did not pay and now I am back in NH I have been told they can only tell me that I cant drive there my licence is and has always been out of New Hampshire

Most of the time the different States cooperate. If you are under suspension in one state and they report it to the state where you hold your license, they will also suspend your license until you make peace with the reporting jurisdiction. In your case I'm guessing that Colorado reported the incident to New Hampshire since you had a New Hampshire license.
