Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

DWI,and open container,first offense.

Police officer never conducted field test,or any other kind of test. ../ also perjured himself to judge to get a continuance.Said he needed to schedual state trooper as witness,I was ready to try case pro se,but cop delibrately said he did'nt realize I was going to challange case,which is thelie as he,myself, and the prosecutor ,all agreed a month prior that I was Pleading innocent.They're corrupt.L need the prosecutor,or whatever he is in relation to the officer [supervisor],deposed,and i need a subpeona served.

You recite a very interesting fact pattern after your arrest. You relate none of the facts connected to your arrest and the ability of the prosecutor to prove the elements of the offense.

I would suggest that you need to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. There are very stringent rules of pratice and pleading. If you fail to follow them, you might suffer harm in the long run.
