Re: Dui

A lot of facts need to be determined but it is possible to be convicted of DWI without even moving the car an inch. You definitely need an attorney because you have potentially some facts that could possibly lead to a not guilty or at least reduced sentence. Don't forget you also have an ALS suspension that has to be dealt with and should be addressed ASAP.

DUI is a serious offense. I do not know what observations the police made nor do I know the position of your house and your neighbor's. The operation of the car may be enough without your intent to drive on the road. A thorough analysis of all the facts, a review of the police reports, and an examination of case law are required to deal with your situation. I strongly advise that you meet with an attorney to evaluate your case.
