Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

Dwi

I was convicted for underage drunk driving. I attended an alcohol program with aftercare to be eligible to receive my license after one year. I went to a hearing to be granted early reinstatement. After the hearing the DMV requested that I do an additional six months of sobriety with a LADC to get my license back. The original sentence was 18 months of revocation. Am I eligible after that 18 months or do I need to wait until I am 21. I can not afford to pay a LADC for six months of treatment.

Re: Dwi

You would be eligible after the 18 months but will never getyour license back until you successfully complete the aftercare requirement (i.e., LADAC treatment). When I say won't never, I mean never - age 21, 51 or 81. You need to find a way to complete that program if at all possible. Can you borrow the money from a family member or friend?
