I have a 3rd offense of alcohol. Unlawful possession of alcohol. I was wondering what my plenties would be like. I have a DWI and Internal Possesion already

I would need to know exactly what charge, and under what statute, the offense has been brought in order to answer the question. You do not indicate if a motor vehicle was involved. This is important as there may be court imposed penalties and additional penalties from the Division of Motor Vehicles. Other factors may be age related.
