Re: child custody/support

Three is no "one size fits all" method to compute child support in this type of situation. The court would likely start with the application of the Child Support Guidelines, then adjust to fit the difference in income of each parent and any other relevant factors. Sometimes, with equal parenting time, a computation is made as if each parent has the child the majority of the time and then the difference between those two figures is used as an adjustment.

Since there are many factors which can be considered in child supoprt adjustments, it would be a good idea to have your circumstances reviewed by an attorney.
