i'm sixteen and living with my mom and want to live with my dad. my mom wont let me. dont i have any legal rights to live where i want?

You may have some input to the decision, but you don't have the final say. The most practical approach would be for your parents to agree. If not, the next choice would be for Dad to petition the court for a change in parental rights and responsiblity. This used to be called "custody." If Dad is not willing to help, then it may be best to tough it out until you reach 18. They are still you parents and probably have their own view as to what is best for where you live.
