Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Division of Martial Assets

When my ex and I divorced, he was ordered to repay me proceeds from our marital home at certain times. He was supposed to use this money towards the mortgage on his business. Since then, the business has violated several local ordinances with our towns planning board. What do I need to file in order to excellerate his repayment to me of the $30,000 he still owes.

Re: Division of Martial Assets

It is difficult to advise you without a careful review of the court order itself. The terms of that document will provide the specifics as to what needs to be done. Also, the facts you state do not indicate if he has made the payments as required or if you are just concerned that he might not make the payments as a result of his business dealings. I suggest that you need to hire an attorney to deal with this matter.
