Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

My ex has not filed a financial affidavit or signed up for the child impact seminar, how does this affect me? Can the court proceed?

They should not but they do. The Court usually will not do anything final until there is a financial affidavit and completion of the child impact seminar. You will definitely want to confirm the details of the financial affidavit if he is being reticent in disclosing. There are other ways to get complete financial information. I hope you have a lawyer.
