Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

i am legally married but seperated 4 years now and i a child with with him, i now want to move out of state and he objects, can i still move out of state and what do i have to do?

Your legal separation papers should address if wither parent moves. If not, you may have to go back to court to get permission to move out of State. The Court generally believes it is important for both parents to be involved in the children's lives so there has to be a compelling reason to move away.
