A party to the parenting plan may file a request with the court to withdraw his or her signature on the plan prior to approval by the Court. However, once approved, it is a valid order and the terms of the plan must be kept. If both parties argree that that was an error in the plan, then both should immediately sign and submit a revised parenting plan and notify the court that the first one should be withdrawn by agreement of the parties.
