Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I have residential custody of my 8 year old and his father has him 3 nights a week. He was just evicted form his apartment and moving into his camper( the kind you hook onto the back of your truck. It has no running water, electricity or heat and is sitting on his friend's parents property. He also has not been working or paying support for over 6 months. Is he allowed to take our son to those living conditions. He said a lawyer told him he could.

You have a couple of issues wrapped up on your questions. As to non-payment of child support, it's your responsiblity to go to the court and file a motion to enforce the court order. The court doesn't know he failed to pay.

As to his time with the child, as long as the child is well cared for, eats well, is clean, attends activities and school, it is likely OK. If there are other factors of concern, you should first discuss them with father and if you can't work it out, you may also need to bring this question to the attention of the court.
