Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I am currently pregnant to a man in the Army. He wanted me to get an abortion, and is now saying because he wanted an abortion and wants nothing to do with my child that he is relinquishing his parental rights. He also states he will refuse paternity testing.

Is he able to just surrender his rights to avoid child support?

No he is not. There are special procedures available for support to military dependents (the child). Feel free to contact me after the child is born.
