Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Hampshire

burt mouth

I ate at a resturant and I ordered mashed potatoes. I took a bite and it was scolding hot and now i have blisters on the roof of my mouth. The waiter did not let me know that the potatoes were that hot. I couldn't finish my meal and I still can't eat now 24 hours later. Is there anything I can do about this?

Re: burt mouth

I don't really see much of a claim. You have damages - a burnt mouth - but there is no indication of medical treatment following the event.
