Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

My Aunt recently died in NYC. My eldest brother in the power of attorney along with my aunt's CPA. They sent me a "WAIVER OF PROCESS; CONSENT TO PROBATE" to sign immediately and mail it back to them. How can I do this if I have never read my deceased Aunt's will? Also, my eldest brother (power of attorney) and his 4th wife are very dishonest people when it comes to money, or what family members should receive. HELP PLEASE. Thank you.

These are complex legal areas. I suggest that you need to retain an attorney to represent you and to determine if the documents is proper for you to sign. Without knowing what is happening in New York, it's hard to give any more substantive advice.
