Guardianship Matters

I am legal guardian of my ailing father. We have decided to purchase a home together using money from his accounts for a down payment. Are there any restrictions or limitations regarding this matter?

Yes there are restrictions. A guardianship can be all encompassing or limited to aiding with finances. If there are other relatives, you open yourself up to claims of undue influence, etc. Go talk to a lawyer with your father.
