Am I liable to pay my deceased spouse's medical bills

Am I responsible to pay my deceased spouse's medical or child support bills that were solely in his name?

If you are the Executrix of his will, you must collect all his assets and pay all his debts out of the assets of his estate. There is also a little known law in NH of "necessaries" where one spouse is responsible for certain debts of the other under certain circumstances.
