Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Hampshire

workmans compensation and my employer

i hurt myself at work and when i went back the company put me back on a job that is not the job i was hired for knowing that this would irritate my injury. is there anything i can do?

Under NH worker's compensation law (RSA 281-A:25-a) if the employer has more than 5 employees, then the injured worker must be reinstated to the former position when he or she recovers. Even before full recovery, if the injured employee is able to work with accommodations, the employer must take them back in a position that is suitable.
