Fired while on leave of absence

My wife was on LOA during the birth of our child. She's been employed for 4+ years. They initally ''verbally'' agreed to allow for my wife to work 4 days a week but since renagged stating either she comes to work 5 days or don't come back at all. She has 2 weeks before expected return to work from LOA. Do we have a case?

With your limited facts, it looks like your wife does not have a case. You typed in ADA violation; however, perhaps . . . and only perhaps, your wife may have a claim under the Pregnancy Act.
