Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

I need help to find a form
1.I will use some locations for photography and I want the owner to sign a document autorizing me to use it.
2. a document for my sponsor to sign that he/she will give me merchandise to use in a certain promotion in my company.
3. I will let my sponsor use for one year the pictures I am taking. Wich form is best for that?
4. contract between me and my web design that he will keep private all the pictures I am sending for then to upload in my web.
5. release between the models and me that I can use any picture or video anywhere(papers,magazine,internet,etc) to advertise my company and use the pics on my web.
I am not sure if it is Administrative law.

No, sounds more like copyright law to me.
