Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

I filed bankruptcy 5 months ago and had an agreement on a payment plan because i had tenants that gave me extra income.
now I have no tenants and I on disability and I'm not able to make my agreed payments. what can i do so that i do loose my home to forclosure and get dismissed from the bankruptcy program i'm in

see your lawyer and ask about modifying the plan that was approved
