Tax deductions and bankruptcy
Are payments made as part of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that go to pay off overdue mortgate payments deductible in the year they are paid?

That's a little beyond my area, but if you have that many issues you should have someone else doing your taxes and that person should be able to answer your question.
