Re: Contract

I'm not aware of a pre-written contract form that has these exact payment terms. You'd want to use a services agreement that addresses all elements of the work, including your payment terms. Attorneys like myself draft these types of agreements - please feel free to contact me for more information.

Re: Contract

Duh! - A contract for WHAT! Are you selling something? Performing a service? Painting a picture? or performing construction? Will you perform in a day, a week, a month, a year? I can not understand HOW people can write questions lacking even the bare minimum of details! Our time is valuable - if you expect any answer, at LEAST take the time to write out a question with enough detail that we have SOME idea of the context and basic facts! It only took me a week to train my 7 y.o. nephew to ask questions that make sense... I've been answering questions in this forum for 9 years, and it seems that the questions are getting more cryptic and dumb as time goes on... This is very frustrating! It would also help if the questions actually made grammatical sense, and if at least the simple words are spelled correctly. ------------ PS - If you are trying to get help to screw someone, or avoid paying a debt you owe, don't bother asking. If someone assaults you, just call the police, and if your boy friend molests you child, any child, just put a bullet in his head - If they charge you, THAT I'll help you with!
