Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

Employee rights issue

I am hearing impaired and have no special equipment for work. I guess they thought that I do not need it. I was called in the office for my boss to tell me i'm unprofessional because i talk too loud and claims that i have a bad behavior. He went on to say that i need to stop starting rumors but never ask if i started or said a rumor. Then stated that if i keep it up then basically i will be fired. Can they do that? Can I take them to court for this?

Give our offices a call or e-mail me directly and I will provide you with a short questionnaire to determine how much you are entitled to recover
