Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

in a nutshell being enumerate below,child was wrongfully remove by dyfs false allegation.

however child is now being sexually abuse,repeatedly harm,by dyfs failing the child miserably.

clearly child is being harm,police report statements hospital records ALL support a claim of such constitutional right being violated grossly here.child was previously taken by dyfs nj barely 11 and 8 years old five years ago.

the teen child injure severely repeat pattern of a residential abuse as foster parent and group homes. now coming to light by the procurement of official police report and a conviction of 1 who did sexually abuse her while she was in foster care under the care and supervision of dyfs of new jersey when child could have just been return to her loving parent who only lost child years ago due to light spanking,no criminal abuse nothing in parent history that would justify dyfs to keep a child from mother when state law is well settled regarding DYFS.CAN PARENT SUE WHEN DYFS KNEW CHILD WAS AT SERIOUS RISK,BY NOT REUNITE WITH PARENT Then child end up sadly sexually abused molested man plead guilty and also child was hospitalized during the entire time in foster care group homes and dyfs came to court fabricated such truth by saying child was find for past five years and each time parent/as investigator verify the dyfs was fabricating/bringing forth false statements when child was in the hospital upteen times sexually abuse and repeatedly verbally and emotionally abused. does parent have claims here as child for all of the horrific abuse child suffe from against supporting lawsuits are the police reports.conviction of predator when child was in dyfs care and supervision and the ongoing repeat hospital police reports now found and verified by parent who rights have NEVER been terminated whatsoever.dyfs due to biascy misconduct,just simply fail to follow protocol,by making reasonable effort as required by law to reunited child and sadly as a teen now this is the tragic result.can parent sue.can you assist.....final note experts coast to coast adage mother has alot of claim after claim due to the fact they fail to reunite mom who did not even lose the child due to any substantiate of abuse at the criminal level or any type of serious injuries just 1 spanking to the child that left NO bruising at all on child.can parent sue?will you help? from advocate/law student in new jersey age mid30s.

This appears to be a question on whether you can file suite against DYFS for failure to protect a child. Generally speaking, the person who has custody of the child or a guardian of the child.can file suit on behalf of the child.
