hello i wanted to ask a question i got arrested for terrossitic threats in bergen county by sending my girl text messages from october 10 2010 therough november 13 2010 and i was arrested and charged with 2c 12 3A a third degree crime now i called the tmobile phone company and they told me te phone that i sent the text messages from was registered in her name and the phone was dissconnected on december 2 2010 so how would they possibly link the threats to me if the phone is registered in her name how would they link this to me

She could say that you had this phone and she used this phone to speak with you. Thus, you sent her these texts and therefore, you are guilty. I suggest you speak to an attorney ASAP.
