Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

Former boss reading former employee's emails

My former coworkers alerted me that emails I had accessed at my former job are being read by my former boss. This was not a company email. I did not share my password with my former boss, I cleaned my internet cache on my last day and cannot figure out how she accessed it other than hacking. I am in the process of deleting personal emails and eventually my account, but do I have any legal recourse?

Re: Former boss reading former employee's emails

You could call the police. Years ago, they wouldn't care about this type of case. Today though, more and more departments are taking this more seriously.
