Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

Domain Hijacking!!!

My domain register has stolen 2 of my 12 domains. I have the credit card /

paypal receipts that proves this... That I am indeed the true owner of all 12

domains. That all 12 domains were paid and all were up to date. None of the

domains were ready to expire for months.

The register admits their system was at fault and failed to renew the 2

domains. When you do a whois look up the 2 domains are still registered

with them, they still maintain control and will not return control back to me.

The 10 remaining domains I have left in my account with them are also all

registered under their name, not mine!

I do not have buckets of money for legal counsel every were I go, everybody I

write, nobody wants to touch this. Think how you would feel if it was your

domain in question here. If the register tried to pull this scam on let's say the

domain name lawguru.com do you think it would go unresolved. Something

tells me it would be taken care of immediately! Why would that issue be

resolved while my issue simply gets ignored.

I am being scammed! I am the creator of these domains they didn't exist

until I registered them. I have maintained them for years and now I might

lose them all. HELP!!!
