Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Jersey

Child injury

I live in a rented house and have asking the landlord who lives in the basement to fix the Stove as it has problems.

He did not fix it and took it very lightly even after several complaints.

Thursday my son was turning the stove on and a big flame came out and burned his face second degree burns. What can I do legally?

Re: Child injury

This is a classic case of a negligent landlord who was forewarned of a defect but failed to act accordingly. See attorney about obtaining compensation for your son's injury and future medical expenses.
