I need a Good Business lawyer

I have an outstanding contract with a Doctor from ..Fair lawn NJ

He owes me $ 4,650.00 plus interest since May 15th 2009..

Rate of 1 1/2 per month..Annual rate of 18 % starting 30 after no payment...This guy has been jerking me around since May...

Our contract with him ...States we reserve the right to file a lein if the full balance is not paid upon completion...

An NJ construction lien cannot be filed more than 90 days after the day on which the last work was performed under the contract. So, if you still have the right to do that, you better act quickly.
