Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

change dismissed without prejudice to with prejudice
I was being sued by Junk Debt buyer's attorney. In my initial contact I requested valadation of debt. I also sent letter to JDB. Lawyer responded it would take 60-90 days to get info. court set trial in 2 1/2 months later.I got nothing all of that time. 2 days before trial they asked for dismissal without prejudice. Never produced the validation. I need to know how to get court to change dismissal without prejudice to with prejudice so they can't sue me again. Lawyer and also JDB ignored my request for validation. want to know how to word the motion?
