lawsuit filed agianst me

i recently recieved paperwork that states I am being sued for unpaid credit loan.. I had some financial problems months ago but at this point we go to court in 2 months I would like to begin payments agian how do I negotiate... or do I wait to go to court... will they possibly accept payments 120 days late...?

They record all conversations. Thus, I would get an attorney to help you with this unless the amount is really, really small.
