SOL on credit card debt in Nj

What is the SOL on credit card debt collections in NJ ? A collection agency sent me a notice on a credit card debt they said I owe I do not even remmember this debt I have not paid on anything with that name that I know of in over 15 years besides when I sold my house in 05 all debt and judgements that i had was paid off at closing
