Fleeing the police ia a crime in this state. If anyone, including the officer is put in danger by the fleeing a prison sentence is likely upon conviction. Use of the car as a weapon is also a serious criminal offnese. Leaving the scene of an accident is a motor vehicle offense requiring the loss of license upon conviction and in some instances a jail sentence.

You are looking at very serious consequences if you are convicted of these charges, including possible jail time and loss of your driving privileges along with very heavy fines and multiple points on your license. If you have been charged with these offenses then you definitely need a lawyer. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
