Re: Armed Robbery

Robbery is a second degree crime with a msximum sentence of ten years and the presumption of

imprisonment. Armed robbery is a first degree offense with a maximum sentence of twenty years and the presumption of imprisonment. A first offender convicted of armed robbery could be sentenced to serve a number of years in prison. He needs a lawyer and NOW.

Re: Armed Robbery

This is a very serious offense. Each case is unique so I could not tell you the probable sentence, but for an armed robbery conviction (if he gets convicted) he is facing some period of mandatory state prison time. He needs to be represented by a competent lawyer on such a serious charge. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Give our offices a call--it depends on the county and the prosecutor, and whether he is willing to go to trial.
